HOW YOU CAN HELP: Become a sponsor! We would love to have the community's support to honor all of the children who have battled cancer! Proceeds will benefit the Survivors Facing Forward Program at Cohen Children's Medical Center.

Thanks to improvements in chemotherapy, radiotherapy and surgery, there are more than 300,000 children, teens and young adults in the United States who are survivors of childhood cancer and require ongoing care. To help meet the complex needs of survivors, Cohen Children's Medical Center pediatric oncologist/hematologist Jonathan Fish, MD, created the Survivors Facing Forward Program (SURFF). The program crosses disciplines, providing coordinated access to oncology, endocrinology, pulmonology, cardiology, psychology, nutrition and other specialists as needed. The program grows by approximately 100 new patients per year and that is why we celebrate each and every one of them!
