and their immediate families for a fun day to celebrate life!

WHEN: Sunday, September 15, 2013 from 12:00PM-3:00PM

WHERE: Eisenhower Park, East Meadow, NY (Parking Field 6/6A)

WHO: Pediatric cancer patients who have completed treatment and their immediate family.

WHY: The purpose of this event is to bring everyone together - Patients, families, clinicians - and provide an opportunity to empower our patients and most importantly, celebrate life!

WHAT: This event will be a day filled with fun activities for all ages.

HOW YOU CAN HELP: Become a sponsor! We'd love to have the community's support to make this a memorable day for our patients and their families! Proceeds will benefit the Survivors Facing Forward Program at CCMC which aims to improve the overall health and quality of life of our survivors. The program anticipates growing by approximately 100 new patients per year and we need help from the community to support the demand.
