Staten Island University Hospital (SIUH), in New York City’s fastest-growing borough, is a recognized leader in innovative, technology-based medicine. SIUH features the renowned Heart Institute of Staten Island, rivaling the best cardiac centers in the nation, as well as the prestigious Nalitt Institute for Cancer and Blood-Related Diseases, New York State’s first freestanding ambulatory cancer care facility. SIUH also just opened the $39 million Elizabeth A. Connelly Emergency and Trauma Center, more than tripling the size of the hospital's current emergency room.
